Who can enter?
Anyone who is over the age of 16 can enter the 10k and the Rainbow Run is for all primary school age years.
How much does it cost?
10K (Unaffiliated) - £25 per person (16+ only)
10K (Affiliated) - £23 (16+ only)
Rainbow Run - £5 (Primary school children)
Can I enter more than one person at once?
Yes, absolutely, you will need to enter details of each individual who will be running.
Can we swap race numbers?
Yes, you can swap your race number (including amending t-shirt sizes!) up until Friday 26th July 2024, after this date it is name swaps only. Please e-mail watermore10k@gmail.com if you would like to swap your race number or change the name.
Is your event chip timed?
Yes, our event is chip timed and accurately measured.
Do we collect timing chip and race number on the day of the event?
Yes, that is correct. Please make sure you arrive at least 45 minutes before the race start so you have plenty of time to collect them.
Are there water stations?
Yes, there are either 1 or 2 water stations on the course.
Do you have a baggage drop?
No, not this year, sorry, but you are welcome to leave any bags etc. on the school premises (near the registration tables is probably best!).
Am I allowed to wear headphones?
We'd strongly advise against it - the nature of the event means that you need to be aware of your surroundings and be able to hear marshals instructions.
What do I get at the end of the race?
We are working on some amazing t-shirts and a medal again this year...maybe there will also be cake as it's a celebration.
Where can I find my results after the event?
Your results will be published on the website.
Can I buy a Watermore 10K Hoody?
There won't be hoody's available this year.
What is the rainbow run?
A chance for all children to get involved and get a medal! We encourage children to run laps of a circuit whilst powder paint is thrown onto the t-shirts of the children - hence the term ‘rainbow run’. Check out the rainbow run page for more information and buy tickets here.
